Kings of Leon to headline Benicassim 2019

Festival Internacionale de Benicassim (FIB) have announced another clutch of acts for the 2019 edition of the festival.

 

Lana Del Rey, The 1975 and Blossoms were among the first few names revealed last year, and they have now been joined by headliners Kings of Leon for their only Spanish festival appearance this year. Other acts on the bill include the likes of Franz Ferdinand, George Ezra, Jess Glynne, Superorganism, Gorgon City, and You Me at Six.

While the number of confirmed acts is still fairly low, this is pretty standard for FIB who tend to move pretty slowly compared to other top festivals and trickle names out a few at a time over the course of several months, rather than dumping them all in one huge announcement.

And as the ever-popular festival is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, festivalgoers can expect a bumper line-up to mark the occasion. We’ll all just have to watch this space for further announcements.
