This cheerful-looking apartment consists of a nice lounge room containing a single bed and two pull-out sofas with a study corner (DSL internet fast connection), brand-new kitchen with dining area and a charming little balcony attached, a separate double bedrrom, bathroom and toilet. The apartment has just been completely renovated and refurnished.

The apartment is in a great spot - just down the road from the Ožujsko brewery on Mandalicina street, a minutes walk from the tram stop on Ilica, Zagreb's main street which connects the centre with the western suburbs. The apartment is situated on the first floor and overlooks both the street side (very quiet and never too busy) and a peaceful courtyard on the other side, where the bedroom and dining area are located.

It is equipped with a wardrobe, washing machine, drying line, hair dryer, TV with 60 international channels, DVD/CD player, DSL internet connection and telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, gas cooker, toaster, kettle etc. Complimentary food basics like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil and laundry detergent are always in the apartment upon your arrival.

The apartment is surrounded by shops (grocery shops, a wine shop and a bakery are all nearby) cafes and restaurants, and is five minutes by tram from the Britanac fresh food market. The festival is about a 20 minute tram ride away.
