This is a very special and lovely apartment on two floors. On the downstairs floor are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, (the bigger bathroom comes with with bathtub and the smaller one with shower), a very big and spacious living room and a kitchen with dining area. Upstairs is one big bedroom.

Also with the property comes a very nice balcony where you can chill during the hot summer days in between the festival. The flat is rented during year so there are no personal belongings.

The building entrance is from a very busy street but the great thing about this flat is it overlooks the backgarden so it is very quiet and peaceful in the apartment.

The location of the apartment is superb being in the heart of city centre, surrounded with shops, bars, and all things you could need during your stay. Also close to the flat is a big market place with fresh vegetables, fruits and home made milk and cheese.

EXIT is in walking distance but if your feeling lazy you can catch the bus no.3 direct to EXIT, the bus stop is some 200m from the flat.
