This flat is small but functional. It has one small bedroom for one person and a living room with double sofa bed.

In the living room is dining table and kitchen. The furniture is almost new and overall the prooerty has been nicely decorated. There is a bathroom which comes with a Jacuzzi bath tub which is a nice bonus. Also with the property is a small balcony.

Although the property is not located so close to EXIT or the city centre there is a bus stop for bus line no.9 direct to the city centre and from here you can walk to Exit festival. There is also a grocery store nearby and some 300m from the flat is a supermarket.
