This property consists of three apartments with a shared garden - so ideal for on large group. All apartments are pretty new (less than 2 year old) and they come with air conditioning which is a real bonus. The owner who lives next door, will also be providing a large inflatable swimming pool in the garden for you all to cool down in during the EXIT festival period.

The first flat is a studio apartment which sleeps 4 people and is all very nice and new, consisting of a good-sized living room, kitchen with dining table and bathroom with shower. It is pretty spacious for a studio at about 35sqm.

The second flat sleeps 6 and is a 2 bedroom flat which comes with a double bed in the first bedroom, a double sofa bed in the second bedroom and two single sofa beds in the living room.

The third flat is 40m2 in size and consists of a living room and a big kitchen with dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. The living room will have 3 single beds and the kitchen area will have one single bed.

All flats share a garden which is being returfed again so it will be lovely and green in the summer ready for exit. A big table and chairs will be provided, and the owner can also provide an inflatable swimming pool.

These apartments are located in a very quiet street, close to a grocery store, just 300m from the city centre and only 1.1km from EXIT (about a 15-20 minute walk). The river danube is 600m away so perfect if you fancy a stroll by the river or a splash around on the Strand.
