This pleasant guest house is located in the centre of Burgas next to the Sea Garden, 15 minutes walk away from the festival and 150 m from the beach. It offers 4 twin-bedded rooms and 4 double rooms, each with air conditioning. All rooms also have their own bathroom and WC, TV set and fridge. There is a traditional pub on the ground floor of the house which the guests can also have use of as a breakfast room.

The house itself is in a perfect location, close to the centre, the beach and the festival site.
