Nestled in the South Western Corner of France is the city of Bordeaux, with its famous selection of wines and vibrant city centre.

Bordeaux is just 350km from Bilbao. Easyjet and British Airways have flights from Gatwick, Luton and Bristol, and we aim to coincide our coach times with arrivals from the UK.

If you are planning on exploring the city of Bordeaux before or after the festival, then you can travel between the airport and city centre with Jet Bus, which departs from outside terminal B every 45 minutes between 07.45 and 22.45. Journey time is between 30 and 45 minutes and a one way ticket is about €6.

The journey from Bordeaux – Bilbao takes approximately 5 hours each way.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Coaches are not allowed up to the festival site, so our drop off point will be at San Mamés Stadium (Bilbao football stadium) in central Bilbao.
• There will be a free shuttle bus service, which will leave San Mamés Stadium (and also from the BEC (Barakaldo Exhibition Centre)) at the following times:
  - Wednesday 10th from 6.00pm until 6.00am the following morning
  - Thursday 11th from 8.00am until 3pm on Sunday 14th

*The frequency will vary depending on the needs, leaving every 3-4 minutes in peak hours.
