A community of stylish and comfortable 'bungalows' located 250m from the popular Playa del Heliopolis. Split over 2 floors, they offer a good standard of accommodation and a host of facilities. All properties have a small individual garden.

On the ground floor, you have a living room, dining room and small bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, including washing machine. Upstairs, the accommodation offers 2 bedrooms - one twin and one twin/double - a bathroom with shower and tub and balcony.

The complex has an outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts and gardens, while each property also has a garage for parking.

All apartments are subject to a €50 security deposit, which is payable on collection of your keys and will be returned when you hand the keys back, as long as the flat is in the same condition in which you found it.

All apartment rentals include water, electricity and gas, and cleaning before and after your stay. Bedding is provided, but guests should bring their own towels.

Please note, we can only take bookings for these apartments for stays between 10-17 July 2012.
