A very large and comfortable house in a peaceful residential area about 4km from the city centre. The house is 200sqm, so ideal for larger groups, and has 5 bedrooms which can accommodate 15 people at a stretch if required.

The property is furnished to a decent standard, and has air conditioning, as well as two kitchens and bathrooms, television and internet access. It comes with 2 double beds and the rest single beds so ideal if you are a large group.

Although it is about 5.7km from the house to the festival site, it is close to the bus stops for the number 5 bus to the city centre (about 100m), and the number 3 bus for the fortress (400m) which runs 24 hours a day.
