It comes with air conditioning and two balconies - one off the living room and second from the first bedroom.

There are a lot of grocery stores around and the city centre is just 5 mins walk from the flat. The apartment is also located on a very small and quiet street near to the river Danube, so a 15 minute walk along the river will take you to the festival.
