This property is located in an excellent position offering beautiful views of the river danube (pictures do not do justice) during the summer. This part of Novi Sad is called Ribnjak, and it is located below the fortress just above the river Danube. The house is just 200-300 m from last year`s EXIT camp site so perfect if you want to visit the camp from time to time.

It is a relatively new property that comes with 2 bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen and a dining area. The best thing about this property is the balcony which is huge (30m2) and overlooks Novi Sad. Photos were taken in February therefore do not represent the views. The owner will be providing table and chairs for you to use on the balcony and also every year they install an inflatable swimming pool for you to use.

The location of the property is 1.2km from EXIT and 2.1km from the city centre. Close by is the Neptun restaurant that offers local serbian food included kebabs, rostilj and a large selection of fish dishes.
