It also has a nice garden with plenty of shade where you can chill during the day. It is located in a peaceful street just 400m from the entrance to EXIT and there is a grocery store about 100m away.

The city centre is in walking distance - only 1.5km away, but the bus stop for line no.3 direct to the centre is just 100m away from the house if you can't face the walk!
