This is a spacious house that comes with two apartments located in Petrovaradin close to the EXIT festival entrance. This first apartment sleeps 5 and consists of a very big living room with a bar (owner will be removing the drinks - however you still have use of the bar!), big dining room with kitchen and a bathroom. The living room will sleep everyone with a double sofa bed and 3 single beds.

The second apartment which sleeps 8 comes with its own entrance and it consists of a living room, bedroom, a separate room and a kitchen and bathroom. This apartment is has been recently refurbished. The living room will consist of a double sofa bed and two single beds, the bedroom will have a double bed and the extra room near the kitchen will have two single beds. Both properties come with air conditioning.

The property is located in very quiet residential street 1.2km from EXIT and 2.4km to the city centre and it has a nice balcony and garden (35m2)where owners will put garden chairs and a table during summer for you to chill out in. There is one small grocery store in the same street and some 500m from the flat is a supermarket, two banks with ATM, a liqueur store, pizzeria, local serbian restaurant and a pharmacy.
