This apartment is really nice and cosy. It consists of a huge living room with big dining area and lovely kitchen. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with tub) and two balconies. Each bedroom comes with twin beds and the living room comes with 2 single sofa beds.

The location of flat is good being 1.3km from the city centre and a 20-35 mins walk to EXIT. It is opposite a complex called SPENS that has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bank, exchange offices and fast food shops.

In front of the building is a bus stop for the no.9 bus that goes directly to city centre and EXIT, but both are in walkable distance. Also very close to the apartment is the beach STRAND and EXIT campsite.
