This is a very nice big house on two floors located in Petrovaradin and only 10 mins walk to EXIT. On the first floor is a large livingroom with one double sofa bed and a kitchen with dining area and bathroom. On the second floor are 3 bedrooms - twin bedded room, one double bedded room and third bedroom with double bed and single bed. The house is very nicely furnished, clean and tidy and owners are lovely people.

Location of the house is good and it is in walking distance from EXIT and city centre but still nice and quiet.

Also very close to house is the popular beach Oficirac and a grocery store. The house is located on a very quiet road and in front of the house are a set of table and chairs where you can chill out and relax during the day.
