This is a four person apartment in very good condition with all mod cons. It is located 3kms from Split town centre but only 100m from the sea. Ideal if you want to relax but still be able to nip over to the town centre for the evening.

The apartment consists of one double bedded room and two additional beds. There is an open plan living room and dining area aswell as a kitchen fully integrated kitchen with washing machine. There is a balcony with sea views.

The property also comes with DVD player, television - SAT TV and air-conditioning. A security deposit of €150 is payable in cash to the owner upon arival, which will be returned when you leave.
