Hawtin & Dubfire confirmed for Spirit

Dubfire, one-half of the ex-tandem Deep Dish, confirmed his participation in the fifth edition of the biggest music festival in Bulgaria - SPIRIT of Burgas.

On the 5th of August the new Solar Dance Arena will gather for the first time the two techno greats Richie Hawtin and Dubfire. As a tandem the two techno artists are desired guests in the biggest world festivals and thanks to the best electronic festival in Bulgaria, Solar, and the Bulgarian audience would have the chance to see their unique live show.

Born in Iran and moved with his family to the Washington DC, Dubfire is one of the most titled names on the electronic worldwide stage. Only few years after he left the Grammy Award-winning duo Deep Dish, his independent career was titled with Best Minimal and Best Techno Artist by Beatport. Dubfire has established as a technological innovator, producer of jet-black, polished chrome techno and owner of the influential label SCI+TEC Digital Audio.

For the Bulgarian audience Dubfire doesn’t need any representation because it is quite impossible to describe the emotion and the store of energy of each of his parties in Bulgaria. Last he was in Yalta Club in December ’11 and last summer he did one of the best parties of Solar with 6-hours set together with another techno star – Loco Dice.

For the first time SPIRIT of Burgas will collaborate with the biggest festival for electronic music in Bulgaria, Solar, which will make the entire line up richer and will bring at SPIRIT the biggest names of electronic music, like the trance icon Armin van Buuren (the 3rd of August), the techno star Richie Hawtin (the 4th of August) and the most favourite house DJ Mark Knight (the 5th of August).

Solar Dance Arena with separate entrance from 6-ti Septemvri Str. will show the most popular and desired DJs from the last year. The quality and the variety of sound are guaranteed by the legendary club of Sofia - Yalta.
